We are hiring a Senior Quality Engineer who will be the primary quality point of contact for Operations and Value Stream leadership.

What You Will Do:

  • The Senior Quality Engineer will represent the quality organization in the following meetings/reviews:
    • Production tier 3 meetings
    • Delegate escalations to appropriate engineers
    • Product Quality rep for control tower reviews
    • Value Steam CAB
    • Backup for Clinic Lead
    • Responsible for DQ slide content
    • Macro plan support
    • The Quality Engineering Lead will be asked to mentor new hires and transfer to the quality engineering team
  • Will support customer and regulatory audits.

What You Will Learn:

  • Leadership skills in a production environment
  • Interviewing and hiring new employees

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a manufacturing support environment.
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.  

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Qualified candidates will need to be knowledgeable in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) including requirements derived from AS9145 and/or AS13100.
  • Knowledgeable in the 8D process and review C/A plans with the product quality team
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field.
