Warehouse Worker

What You Will Do:

• Unload shipments, unpack and organize inventory parts and deliver items to appropriate departments; file shipping and packing slips on a regular basis.

• Check stock to ensure inventory is available.

• Pull, pick and pack all items that need to be shipped and place on pallet for departure.

• Maintain yard and complete work and repair as assigned; remove snow as needed.

• Position requirements include strong interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated, ability to work both independently and team-oriented, mechanically inclined. 

• Stock and track warehouse inventory working with Oracle system.

• Use of common shop tools is required.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Drug and alcohol test

• Criminal background check

• MVR

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1 year of relevant experience

• Valid driver's license in state of residence required.

• Must be age 21 or older to drive company vehicle

• Basic knowledge of parts and ability to read invoices preferred.

• Ability to lift and move product - up to 50 lbs

• Knowledge of operating a hoist preferred.

• Exemplary safety record required.

• Capability to work with minimum supervision – self-starter.

• Some computer skills

• Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to follow written and oral instructions.

• Good math and analytical skills.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oil and gas industry experience

Physical Demands:  

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

• The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to pick, feel, and/or inspect material. The employee will also reach with arms and hands as needed.

• Must have the ability to work in an elevated temperature environment.
