Description:

The Manager of Security Operations will manage the cyber security efforts for ImageTrend. This pivotal role will own the operational workflows and procedures that keep our business secure and compliant and allow us to minimize organizational risk.

What You'll Do: 

• Develop and maintains a thorough understanding of ImageTrend hosting and security
• Own the process and workflows to ensure accuracy and completeness of security questionnaires
• Work with assigned external agencies to complete annual security risk assessments and mitigation
• Maintain and updates security policies and procedures
• Investigate security breaches and cyber security
• Manage penetration testing
• Monitor security scans and vulnerabilities to ensure mitigation risks
• Stay current on security trends and news
• Provide reports to leadership as requested
• Oversee efforts for additional security certifications
• Drive internal security training and education for staff to enhance ImageTrend risk management posture
• Work remotely with minimal travel expected, which includes orientation, industry or company events, and other infrequent onsite meetings as required
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Cyber Security Management or similar field, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Strong communication, including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Expert problem-solving, analytical & critical thinking skills
• Ability to ideate plans and solutions and then effectively communicate to others
• Technologically savvy and the willingness to continue to learn new technologies
• Excellent organizational skills, appreciation of critical timelines and the ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
• Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
• Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually
