Then maybe you are the Business Partner with focus on Group Reporting and Planning we are looking for!<br/> </p><p>We are looking for an experienced Business Partner with strong skills in reporting, planning and financial analysis to join our Corporate Business Control organization within Group Finance at Telia Company. The focus will be on quality and accuracy of both external and internal financial reporting for Telia Company Group, actuals and plan, including cash flow management.<br/><br/>You will also play a crucial role in an ongoing exciting journey to develop efficient processes and refine financial steering to realize our financial ambitions and deliver on shareholders’ expectations.</p><p><br/><b>Is this you?</b></p><p>This is a role as a Business Partner within our Corporate Business Control function. You will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring strong financial control and delivering insights into our group-level performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and various business units across Telia.<br/><br/>The agenda is broad, dealing with tasks within our financial reporting and planning processes as well participating in strategic assignments that drive value to internal stakeholders. You will act in a complex environment with many moving parts, but this is something that we trust you embrace and are inspired by.<br/> </p><p>The role includes, but is not limited to:</p><ul><li>Ensure accuracy of financial reporting, both internal and external, to secure consistency and transparency of the Group result</li><li>Performance of financial analysis to assess business performance across various business units, identify opportunities and highlight risks</li><li>Responsibility for taking the Group planning and forecast process to the next level, to increase accuracy, decrease time spent and increase value added from the planning process</li><li>Establish relationship with stakeholders in operations to gain deeper understanding of the businesses from a commercial perspective</li><li>Collaborate with other finance teams to improve financial processes, routines and tools</li><li>Share knowledge and insights within the team and participate in strategic projects to increase value creation from Group Finance</li></ul><p><br/><b>Who we are looking for</b></p><p>We think you are a person with excellent analytical skills who seeks new perspectives and ideas to improve performance and stimulate innovation. You enjoy the challenge of working in a complex environment and have a self-driven, can-do attitude towards projects and with an ability to connect with stakeholders across the organization.<br/> </p><p>You can combine strategic thinking with handling daily operative tasks, and you have strong communication skills which reflect your business acumen. You easily see the big picture, proactively anticipates problems and find workable solutions to drive the financial performance and value creation forward.</p><p></p><p>Your Experience:</p><ul><li>University degree within Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in business control, financial planning, or analysis, preferably in a multinational or telecommunications environment</li><li>Solid track record from working with Group Business Control is a merit</li><li>Strong command in English language is a must, one of the Nordic languages is a plus</li><li>Ability to have a proactive rather than reactive approach to work</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, knowledge of SAP is an advantage</li><li>You enjoy working in a fast changing, dynamic environment with the ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously</li></ul><p><br/><b>Telia is more than a workplace </b></p><p>With us you will learn from skilled colleagues across international borders, joining a team that makes each other stronger and the world better by solving challenges.
