I can succeed as a Fixed Income Portfolio Compliance Analyst at Capital Group.
As a Fixed Income Portfolio Compliance Analyst, you will join a team focused on compliance monitoring for fixed income activities. You will review order and trade activity, as well as account positions, to help ensure portfolios remain compliant with internal and external guidelines. You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Legal & Compliance, Investment Technology Group, and Investment Operations teams to support compliance processes and help resolve issues as they arise.

You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
You have experience in financial services or a strong interest in investment management, compliance, or fixed income markets.
You have a foundational understanding of fixed income instruments, investment vehicles, and the investment process.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and are eager to learn tools such as Aladdin, CRD, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI.
You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
You are an effective communicator and enjoy partnering with colleagues across different teams and levels of the organization.
You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
You enjoy solving problems, asking thoughtful questions, and contributing ideas that improve processes and workflows.
You exercise sound judgment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach.
You thrive in team environments and build strong working relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
