What We’re Looking For
- HS diploma/GED required
- Leasing experience preferred; customer service/sales background required
- Strong communication skills; bilingual a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office; Entrata/social media experience preferred
- Professional, dependable, detail-oriented team player
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, lift 25 lbs, and work Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
- Tour, lease, and process applications
- Maintain resident/property files and compliance
- Market property, build local relationships
- Deliver excellent resident service and support Fair Housing standards
