Position Overview

We are seeking a resolute Project Manager with expertise in the execution of tasks related to information documentation, cross spanning team collaboration, upgrading our digital infrastructure, and ensuring cohesiveness across our evolving organization.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: You will lead the evaluation and enhancement of existing design and operational processes to streamline workflows and elevate overall efficiency

• Digital Tool Mastery: Utilize tools such as Jira, Slack, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite to manage projects, track progress, and facilitate cross team collaboration

• Process Documentation: Champion the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices

• File Management: Guarantee that design and project files are organized systematically for prompt access and retrieval

• Administrative Leadership: You will organize and provide essential administrative support for design meetings, reviews, and team members

• Content Management and Communication: You will own and supervise the updating and creation of content in design resources to ensure accuracy

The location of this role is onsite in Portland, OR.

Minimum Requirements

• A degree in Operations, Business Administration, Information Management, or related fields

• Proficiency in using digital tools such as Jira, Slack, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite

• 3+ years of project management experience

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities

• Detail-oriented with a steadfast commitment to data accuracy

• Demonstrated the capacity to lead autonomously

• Comfortable with a dynamic business structure and able to adapt to changes swiftly

• A genuine interest in the execution and organization of design ideas and structures

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $103,800 and $179,080. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
