Regional Corporate Security Manager - Southeast

Job Description

The Regional Corporate Security Manager - Southeast will oversee asset protection and security operations for multiple airport and downtown locations and is based out of the headquarter office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This position will ensure the accurate implementation of the Sixt US corporate security program in assigned locations, provide fraud prevention training, conduct site audits and internal and external investigations of employee, subcontractor, and customer thefts/conversions.
This position requires a pre-employment assessment test.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Mitigate asset loss by process review, implementation, update and audit
•    Provide fraud prevention and security training to Ops managers and employees
•    Case work related to overdue/stolen vehicles, assisting process partners, identifying trends, and taking corrective action
•    Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
•    Review, and act upon or coordinate escalated requests for assistance
•    Evaluate and resolve lien sale notices, subpoenas, and other written notifications
•    Update and distributing policy guidance and instructions
•    Testify in courts as needed as PMQ/PMK
•    LE liaison between local authorities and Sixt
•    Participate in the planning of new or moving facilities regarding CCTV, access control and other security infrastructure
 

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business or related field preferred

· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

· Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel

· Ability to adapt to new computer programs with ease

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present factual findings

· Exceptional interpersonal and decision making skills required

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

· Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

· Must have the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

· Must be able to work 40 hours per week

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours, weekends

· Must be able to be on rotating 24/7 on call status

· Must be able to travel

· Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization     sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
