Summary
The Deer Valley Transportation Team has an immediate need for a Truckdriver A.
All drivers that transport materials, machinery, and equipment by operating Commercial Motor Vehicle that is subject to Federal and or State regulations utilizing a truck or tractor (with or without mounted equipment, piggyback forklift, or trailer) with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating greater than 26,000 pounds shall receive truck driver A rate of pay. The classification shall also include operators of traction units with tandem axle trailers, and those drivers who are driving trucks and operating mounted equipment (i.e., a hydro lift or hazmat trucks including tankers or refueling trucks) in conjunction with their duties.

The work hours for this position are Monday- Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM (Day Shift)
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Three (3) years Semi-Truck driving experience is required
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement is required
- Classification required to safely operate manual AND automatic transmissions.
- Able to qualify as a DOT-CMV driver (Driver Qualification File)
- One (1) year forklift experience
- or APS Forklift Certification on file
- Qualifying written and road tests will be given.
- Must live within reasonable distance (one (1) hour) of headquarters
- This position requires working with aerial equipment, which has weight restrictions of 300 lbs or less
The established headquarters for this position is subject to relocation to the HUBwest Service Center a facility that will be located 38 miles west of downtown Phoenix, on a date to be determined by the Company.One (1) year Crane/boom equipped truck experience is preferred
