Job Description Summary
Wintrust is recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Security Officer and select members of the leadership team. This person provides comprehensive administrative support to the day-to-day operations for Wintrust’s Security and Fraud leadership team. Additional responsibilities include general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, distribute mail, order supplies, track deadlines and various projects as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage executive requests and queries; know when to escalate and where to direct
- Maintain calendar, arrange meetings and appointments for the leadership team
- Act as proxy for the executives in various business systems (i.e. Concur, Kronos, etc.)
- Produce/compile reports, presentations and briefs for Management and Board Committee Meetings
- Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports
- Coordinate meeting and event registration and logistics, which includes securing space, arranging for food refreshments, preparing materials, and confirming participant reservations and attendance
- Serve as office manager to include responsibility for office supplies, secure maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines, establish and maintain filing system, sort and direct mail, and maintain an accurate calendar
- Greet visitors, provide high level of customer service using professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ Years of previous experience
- Event Management experience
- Calendar Management experience
- Accounting or Financial experience (help with budgets or expense reports) highly desired

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
