About the team:

As Team Assistant in Ecosystem & Business Development, you will report to the Operations team and work closely with the Ecosystem & Business Development team. You will support the execution of the team’s projects on an operational level, while providing daily assistance with administrative tasks. We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, a team player, well-organised, experienced, and who’s able to wear multiple hats—all while assisting the team with a wide range of strategic projects.

About the position:

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Call scheduling cross-teams (calendar coordination, notes, reminders)
  • Travel and Event support (team retreats, company events, conferences)
  • Support with administrative and logistics tasks (invoices, orders, workplace processes)
  • Subscription management (inventory, process implementation)
  • Documentation - ensure information is well organized, saved, and deleted
  • Communication - create more bridges between teams as an internal point of contact, acting as a strong bridge between Operations and Ecosystem Operations team.
  • Onboarding support - welcoming Ecosystem Development new joiners, introduce department structure and basic company processes
  • Team administration - recording departmental structure changes, keeping team directory and organizational chart up-to-date, maintaining strong working relationship with the People Partner to discuss team’s needs

About you:

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative/operational/office support/executive assistant experience
  • Outstanding organization skills and capacity to work with a multitude of stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and high level of professionalism with administrative tasks
  • Rigorous attitude and capacity to handle processes in a complex business environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with English (near-native level)
  • Self-confidence and ability to deal with various personalities within the team
  • Service-oriented mindset and open attitude to questions and requests
  • Empathy, being able to acknowledge the feelings and perspective of others
  • Flexibility and adaptability in fast-changing and autonomous environments
  • Autonomous and self-independent working style, being able to take initiatives and make decisions quickly
  • Tech-savviness and ability to use different tools powering remote collaboration and asynchronous collaboration

Nice-to-haves

  • Blockchain and Web3 knowledge - technical skills are not required, but candidates should be familiar with blockchain technologies and the general principles of Web3
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest and implement improvements
