About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time remote Data Analytics Administrator to join our team and play a key role in implementing and optimizing data analytics solutions. As a Data Analytics Administrator, you will focus on building interactive and insightful dashboards, with a particular emphasis on utilizing Tableau to visualize complex datasets.

Responsibilities:

• Create custom dashboards and present findings to the department leaders.

• Work closely with operations team and various departments to develop meaningful org-wide metrics and dashboards.
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, operations, or a related field.

• Expert with building dashboards in Tableau Online.

• Proficient with relational databases (Airtable preferred).

• Experience working with multiple departments in organization and creating custom dashboards.

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Experience working in a start-up company.

• Familiar with Tech Services

• Worked across multiple industries

• Operations background

• Familiar with KPIs and OKRs
