Job Description

NBCUniversal is looking for a Stage and Backlot Operations Coordinator to join our Studio Services team in Universal City, California! In this role, you will work primarily with our team of Production Service Representatives in a wide variety of tasks to support productions filming on the Universal Lot.

What You’ll Do:

• Utilize departmental reports to help research and identify potential new business opportunities
• Field incoming sales calls to process prospective customer inquiries and distribute inquiries to Production Service Representatives
• Manage small productions under the guidance of Production Service Representatives
• Compile and distribute Daily Call Sheets & Weekly Activities Reports
• Coordinate scouts of studio facilities with prospective clients and existing customers
• Book facility reservations and coordinate scheduling with ScheduAll
• Handle customer inquiries and questions, cross-sell additional studio facilities and services
• Assist Production Services Reps with processing payment requests for refunds and departmental services
• Serve as a liaison with internal/external productions and UCS Security
• Review and edit Draft Deal Memos and Department Head Memos for distribution to all departments
• Maintain time sensitive and confidential documentation and information for production
• Coordinate with the Universal theme park to ensure there is accurate daily tram routes throughout the backlot
• Be the liaison between facilities and production for any unforeseen or planned restorations
• Responsible for archiving all files for the department and Production Representatives

Additional Requirements

• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary range: $52,000 - $55,000

• Juggler – You know how to manage multiple tasks and priorities and move them all along effectively while keeping stakeholders updating and informed
• Tech-savvy – You are an MS Office whiz and can take on case management software with ease
   

What You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, production environment

What Would Make You a Stand-out:

• Strong interest in production management, logistics, and/or studio operations
• Ability to learn and perform under pressure while also providing white glove treatment to clients
• Able to adapt to multiple proprietary production support software
