Patrol Solutions

Starting pay $20.00 p/h with the possibility of overtime.

This position is non driving and you are not required to have a BSIS Guard card.

Shift (s) Available: 

• Shifts and days will be determined at the time of hire. 

What we are looking for: 

• In-office Security Dispatcher (this is not a hybrid or remote position)
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to type accurately and maintain a WPM of 45 or more.
• Previous dispatching experience preferred. 
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and written.
• Google Programs literacy (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, etc)
• Great phone etiquette.
• Customer service skills
• Security Industry Knowledge strongly encouraged

Qualifications, skills, and education requirements:

• Penal Code Knowledge 
• 10 Code knowledge (radio codes) 
• Ability to communicate written and verbally via phone and in-person
• Ability to read, write and understand and carry out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take the initiative in completing assigned tasks
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Security Dispatch Professional Responsibilities may include:

• Daily, weekly, monthly scheduling.
• Shift confirmation
• Ability to multitask and maintain multiple platforms at once
• Ability to speak comfortably on the phone with employees, managers and more. 
• Multi-line phone system handling 
• Emergency life line to field staff
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
• Hourly shift check-ins
• Ability to think outside the box
• Utilize a smartphone, hand held radio or similar device to maintain a Daily Activity Report.
