Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative

The Rustman Agency is actively seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients in the field, showcasing our services, and building strong, lasting relationships in the community. As a key member of our sales team, your primary focus will be on driving sales through direct engagement and tailored solutions that meet client needs. Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales or outside sales, with a preference for at least 2-4 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Ability to travel within your assigned territory, including driving to client meetings.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
