Join our team as a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate on 2nd Shift! We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to excel in a fast-paced environment and help us deliver excellence every day.Shift & Location:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Overtime required as scheduled
• Location: Richland Distribution Center

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pays: $23.50 (base rate $22.00 plus $1.50 shift differential)
• Monthly performance incentive: Opportunity to earn up to an extra $5.50 per direct hour

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Warehouse experience, such as material handling or equipment operations preferred (not required)
• Strong work ethic; work required overtime
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry, and lift
• Comfortable standing/walking for up to 12 hours
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet (for some equipment roles)
• General computer and math skills

Responsibilities:

• Accurately sort, pick, label, and store product in assigned locations
• Operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up order picker, reach truck, electric pallet jack, dock stocker, sit-down forklift)
• Assemble containers and maintain organized supplies
• Perform daily tasks using hand-held RF scanners or voice units
• Always maintain inventory integrity and product safety
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and demonstrate teamwork
• Participate in associate meetings and share feedback with management
• Follow all standard operating procedures and adhere to OSHA standards and company policies
