The Work You Will Do:
Construction Manager / District Four / Director of Operations / District Construction / Ft. Lauderdale Construction
This position will plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. They oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage schedules and costs, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, review blueprints and contracts, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Construction managers communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and workers to address challenges, resolve issues, and track progress while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
