The opportunity 
We are seeking for a highly motivated and confident individual to join our Technology Transformation team. 
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant of our Technology Transformation Team, you will help clients to realize the value they can gain from their IT investments — supporting strategy and being a key growth driver. You will have the opportunity to guide our clients on their IT vision, strategy and roadmap as they embark on building their transformation journeys. 
You will provide strategic and tactical support to help win in new business. We will look to you to provide them with a unique and aligned business and technology view on how they must innovate and remain competitive with cloud technologies in within their industries and working on projects that cross borders and sectors. 
 

What we are looking for
•    4+ years of experience in Consulting and/or High-Tech industry
•    Experience in engagements in the areas of Digital Transformation, Operating Model Transformation, Process Optimization for different sectors
•    Driven transformation programs with experience in defining the future state vision, developing the business case, transformation governance including value tracking framework design & value reporting
•    Experience in working with large volumes of data, seeking for patterns and drawing right business conclusions
•    Technical past experience would be an advantage
•    Aptitude to bridge between the IT and Business environment linking both business and IT strategies and objectives;
•    Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). A good level of other foreign language would be an asset
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Comfortable functioning in an ever-changing environment

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

•    Project Management experience / certification (PMP, Prince 2); Agile methodology experience / certification will be a plus
•    Process Design and Optimization knowledge / certification (i.e. Lean Six Sigma)
•    Experience in Design Thinking. 
•    Know-how of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate);
•    Certifications/know-how in IT Governance frameworks (e.g. COBIT, CGEIT);
•    Certifications/know-how in ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL);
