What You’ll Contribute 

• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of major markets, trends, competitors, emerging companies, and growth opportunities within FICO's landscape. 

• Gather comprehensive data on FICO's business landscape, including sales, costs, customer metrics, product nuances, and operational drivers. 

• Collaborate on building operational and financial models to analyze historical performance, understand key business drivers, and project potential outcomes of strategic initiatives. 

• Leverage insights from data and analyses to shape FICO's business strategies, development priorities, sales strategies, and future investments. 

• Assess market structures, changing customer demands, and industry trends to estimate the size and growth of total addressable markets (TAM) and serviceable addressable markets (SAM). 

• Present compelling recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring widespread understanding and strategic alignment. 

​​What We’re Seeking  

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, economics, or a related analytical discipline (MBA preferred). Emphasis on data analysis, statistics, business systems, or software engineering is a plus. 

• Valuable experience in the enterprise software industry, particularly at the corporate level. 

• Understanding of global markets and trends, with a focus on banking and financial services. 

• Proven strategic thinker with a “how to win” mentality and clear view of where competitors are and how to get there. 

• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional project teams. 

• Exceptional executive-level presentation and facilitation skills, combining data-driven insights with discussions on opportunities, capabilities, risks, and ROI. 

• A strategic thinker with a proactive "how to win" mentality, equipped with a clear vision of competitors' positions and the path to surpass them. 

• Preference for candidates with experience in leading strategy or consulting background.
