As a strategic thinker with a talent for relationship-building, and a drive for delivering exceptional client leadership, the Senior Account Manager will work independently with clients, managing projects and developing an in-depth understanding of the client’s business. You’re the client’s day-to-day contact and integral to the development and delivery of insightful and impactful work.

Requirements

Relationship:
- Own project deliverables and act as primary client contact to foster trust.
- Develop sustainable relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Identify opportunities and understand client goals and industry trends.
- Lead client meetings and manage expectations to align vision with execution.
- Manage the client relationship with excellence, taking care to respond timely, and with impeccable communication.
Delivery:
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Lead project team and collaborate with Design and Strategy Teams.
- Plan workflows, manage resources, and provide status and budget tracking updates in meetings.
- Document learnings and champion internal processes and tools.
- Maintain quality standards and proactively address challenges.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions to keep projects moving smoothly.
Commercials:
- Create estimates and manage financials, ensuring project profitability.
- Collaborate with Finance on client invoicing, vendor management and financials.
- Forecast accurately and develop strategic account plans with the Client Lead.
- Monitor financial performance and contribute to business development efforts.
