The results we achieve are highly visible to our leadership team and we are recognized for our work and promoted accordingly.</p> <p><strong><br>What’s the scope of this role?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Presenting OOB capabilities of Netcracker product to customer, explaining how customer requirements can be met using OOB capabilities, capturing and documenting requirements</li> <li>Delivering documents containing end-to-end high-level functional requirements and low-level designs for BSS and OSS modules</li> <li>Configuring Netcracker product as per customer requirements, which includes creating BPMN flows and configuring business logic</li> <li>Conducting review of customer documentation including business requirements and high-level test cases; supporting customer testing in various stages of the project life cycle</li> <li>Validating configuration in the product and assisting the development/QA team members in understanding the solution and related build/QA activities</li> <li>Assessing and making appropriate and timely technical/people decisions</li> <li>Being customer focused, constantly exploring to conceptualize and understand customer needs, and proactively propose solutions</li> <li>Mentoring fellow team members</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What skills and experience will you need for this role? </strong></p> <ul> <li>Higher degree in IT, Telecommunications or related areas (Preferably a Master's Degree)</li> </ul> <ul> <li>5+ years of Telecom experience</li> <li>3+ years of recent experience as a Business Analyst working on requirement analysis, design, development/customi
