This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the center of product, sales, and marketing—and is perfect for someone who wants to own strategy <strong>and</strong> roll up their sleeves to drive go-to-market success.</p><p></p><h1><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h1><p>• Own and evolve <strong>product positioning, messaging, and differentiation</strong> across multiple audiences (OTAs, TMCs, airlines, etc.)</p><p>• Lead and execute <strong>go-to-market strategies</strong> for product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansions</p><p>• Partner closely with <strong>product management</strong> to shape roadmap alignment and translate features into compelling narratives</p><p>• Enable the sales team with <strong>collateral, pitch decks, battle cards, objection handling guides</strong>, and customer-facing assets</p><p>• Conduct and synthesize <strong>market, competitor, and customer research</strong> to inform strategy and strengthen positioning</p><p>• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on <strong>campaign strategy</strong>, but remain focused on core product marketing goals</p><p>• Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations</p><p>• Serve as a key voice in how ACAI Travel tells its product story—across our website, events, and customer conversations</p><p></p><h1><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h1><p>• <strong>5–7 years</strong> of experience in <strong>product marketing</strong> at a B2B SaaS company (experience in AI, travel, or workflow automation is a plus)</p><p>• Strong track record of <strong>launching and positioning technical products</strong>, ideally those involving complex workflows or enterprise buyers</p><p>• Exceptional <strong>written and verbal communication</strong> skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, customer-facing language</p><p>• Experience working closely with <strong>sales teams</strong> and supporting long-cycle B2B sales with clear, strategic enablement content</p><p>• Strong collaborator who thrives in <strong>cross-functional environments</strong>—comfortable working with product, engineering, and sales</p><p>• Confident in <strong>Google Slides or similar tools</strong> to craft clear, clean, high-impact presentations (design polish is a bonus, not a must)</p><p>• Comfortable operating in a <strong>fast-paced startup environment</strong> and excited by the challenge of building process while driving outcomes</p><p></p><h1><strong>Bonus Points</strong></h1><p>• Experience marketing AI/ML products or enterprise automation tools</p><p>• Knowledge of the travel industry (TMCs, GDS, OTAs, or airline systems)</p><p>• Experience supporting <strong>top-down GTM motions</strong></p><p>• Comfort with tools like HubSpot, Datadog, or product usage analytics platforms</p><p></p><h1><strong>Why Join Acai Travel?</strong></h1><ul><li><p>Be part of a VC backed startup with high growth potential</p></li><li><p>Work on a product that directly impacts how major travel companies operate</p></li><li><p>Learn from the leadership team that includes ex-directors of successful startups and scale ups.</p></li><li><p>Be part of a growing global team</p></li><li><p>Competitive salary package</p><p></p></li></ul><h1><strong>Location</strong></h1><p>We're a hands-on team that thrives on in-person collaboration.
