JOB PURPOSE:
Students in this position will perform routing maintenance tasks for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineers of Facilities Services department in an efficient and productive manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs general maintenance tasks including but not limited to the following: Filter changing, maintenance of equipment in residence halls & academic buildings, assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the campus, Preventative Maintenance, assist engineers with various tasks, etc.
Safely operates all hand and power tools necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Moves, loads, unloads and delivers heavy and bulky materials, supplies and equipment by hand or dolly
Performs tasks as directed to prepare residence halls and academic buildings for occupancy
Performs other duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE:
12 hours/ week
RATE OF PAY:
$16.80 per hour
