Required qualifications, skills and experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s Degree with courses in Psychology, Social Work or Communications preferred.
Intermediate Skills: Has knowledge of office or operational procedures. Performs basic typing/word-processing, bookkeeping, checking of charts or records and posting of information to a database/spreadsheet, following instructions. Able to operate various standard office machines. Knowledge of computer program applications such as Word, Power Point, Excel and Access. Knowledge of community resources.
