Laundry Coordinator

Working alongside the Laundry Manager at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Laundry Coordinator who possesses great attention to detail with a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

• Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
• Answer the telephone within (3) rings using proper telephone etiquette
• Handle special instructions and requests from the guest such as rush orders, special delivery times, starching instructions, folding instructions, etc.
• Inspect clothing for holes, tears, faded color or missing buttons and broken zippers
• Report any complaints or concerns to the Housekeeping Manager/ Laundry 
• Manager or Assistant Manager for immediate action

 

 

General Requirements

 

• Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
• Able to communicate with managers regarding special requests for guests
• Employees must fulfill their performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules, and procedures of the hotel
