Caribou Department Manager

Description

At Kessler's we are looking to hire a Caribou Coffee Department Manager. Our Caribou Manager will have the great, and challenging, role of leading all Caribou Team members and overseeing the Caribou aspects at our store. We encourage our managers to Take Ownership and have a “treat it like you own it” mentality when making balanced decisions between driving sales and managing costs to achieve long-term sustainable growth.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Growing store sales
• Delivering fast and friendly service
• Providing quality products
• Promoting a clean and safe store environment

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of one year management experience required, with some experience in retail or guest services and/or combined experience and education preferred.
• Experience with sales building, recruiting, and training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe Certified preferred
• Must have reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical demands:

• The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 or 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical demands may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
