About Us

We are an innovative leader in the semiconductor industry, designing, manufacturing, and delivering cutting-edge semiconductor solutions to a global customer base. Our operations involve strategic partnerships with Outsourced Assembly and Test (OSAT) suppliers to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality production. We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to help optimize commercial relationships with OSAT suppliers and drive cost efficiencies across our supply chain operations.

Position Overview

As a Senior Business Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing OSAT supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms, analyzing key performance metrics, and driving cost-saving initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with procurement, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure supplier performance meets our operational and strategic goals. This is an opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our supplier management processes in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Relationship & Commercial Management

  • Manage commercial agreements with OSAT suppliers, ensuring alignment with company objectives on pricing, lead times, and quality standards.

  • Track and evaluate supplier performance against key metrics, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

  • Drive cost negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing reviews to optimize supplier engagement.

  • Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to address supplier-related challenges and align on cost-reduction initiatives.

Data Analysis & Performance Reporting

  • Analyze supplier spend and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as invoice accuracy and cost trends.

  • Monitor supplier pricing, invoice reconciliation, and contract terms to improve financial efficiency.

Supply Chain & Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement process improvements in supplier management, contract execution, and pricing accuracy.

  • Support value engineering and cost structure optimization initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier-related workflows and risk mitigation strategies.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify bottlenecks in the assembly and test supply chain and drive resolution through structured problem-solving.

  • Work with finance, procurement, and supplier management teams to enhance the invoicing process, reducing invoice mismatch rates.

  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including automation of supplier performance tracking and contract management.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

    • Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus but not required.

  • Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, business operations, or supplier management within the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry.

    • Experience in contract management, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.

    • Strong understanding of procurement processes, pricing models, and commercial negotiations.
