Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Processes
- Support QA processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient testing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, product management, and operations.
- Test Planning and Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end release process, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing software releases.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the release process, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Monitor the post-release performance of software products and address any issues or bugs that arise.
- Automation
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to create and maintain automated pipelines and bots to improve release reports and monitoring.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate and communicate release activities with stakeholders, including development teams, project managers, and business owners.
Requirements

- Familiarity with various phases of the software development lifecycle and release management processes.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Familiarity with software development technologies, tools, and environments.
- Proficient in project management principles and practices, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively coordinate and manage release activities and teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues, think critically, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Very good verbal and written English level
