Located in the heart of Lakeland, FL, Dr. Bob Irelan's Veterinary Services is committed to delivering top-notch care to our furry companions. Our 6,200 sf facility is equipped with the latest technology, is staffed by a team of compassionate professionals, and offers a diverse caseload that allows veterinarians to practice medicine their way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with Strength: Provide strong leadership to our veterinary team, ensuring high standards of medical care and client service. 
• Show Kindness and Compassion: Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions, fostering a positive and caring environment for both our patients and team members. 
• Exhibit Excellent Veterinary Medical Skills: Maintain and oversee clinical protocols and procedures, ensuring the highest level of veterinary practice.
• Share Our Vision: Collaborate with practice management on strategic planning and practice development, contributing to the growth and future success of our practice.

Requirements:

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• State licensure in Florida.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of veterinarian experience.
