Social Media & Business Development Intern

Hours: 15-20 hours per week  

Position Overview:

Source Strategies is looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This internship is designed specifically for college students who are passionate about marketing and looking to gain hands-on experience in the field. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our experienced team on a variety of digital marketing initiatives, helping you build a strong foundation in content creation, social media marketing, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 

- Campaign Support: Help with the execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, etc.)  

- Research & Analytics: Conduct market research and assist with data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness using tools like   Google Analytics and social media insights  

- Social Media Management: Assist in managing and updating social media profiles, monitoring engagement, and scheduling posts  

- Content Writing: Contribute to blog posts, articles, and website copy  

- Creative Collaboration: Work alongside our team to brainstorm and implement new marketing strategies  

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in a college or university program with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field  

- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation  

- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing trends  

- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing tools (preferred, but not required)  

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  

- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team goals
