Information Systems Project Coordinator - On-SiteJob Description
Reporting to the Business Informatics Director, the I.S. Project coordinator assists management in the oversight and tracking of Information Systems projects throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Coordinator serves as a liaison between the I.S. department and its end users/customers to ensure efficient communication and ensuring the user/customers’ needs are addressed and incorporated into a project plan.
Responsibilities
Assist with definition of project scope and identification of stakeholders, Coordinate resources across multiple projects within the I.S. portfolio and make recommendations to project timelines to resolve conflicts, Identify potential risks to project timelines, resources, scope and budget, Maintains project dashboards and other tracking documentation , Monitor existing processes and technologies being utilized in a project and provide input on ways to optimize operations, Participates in project design meetings and proposes improvements as necessary , Provides project management skills training to team members, Serve as a resource to assist I.S. project leads in the project documentation, communication and progress reportingRequirements
