Senior Account Executive, Commercial Outbound (Remote)

The mission of the Commercial Outbound role is to align with the needs of ezCater’s business by focusing on high quality catering partners that our customers suggest to us, as well as restaurants that data suggests would do well on our marketplace. By using data, and working with the Corporate Solutions team to understand what types of offerings our customers want, we can ensure every location we sign up is one that we want and will be valuable to our business. 

 

What You'll Do: 

• Assist in the onboarding process for specific partners requested by our Corporate Solutions team and restaurants that data suggests would do well on our marketplace.
• Utilize key tools/systems (like HubSpot, Excel, and Freedom) to put sales process puzzle pieces together.
• Proactively control and qualify outbound leads; work with managers to qualify outbound opportunities.
• Maintain internal and external reporting functions in an effort to streamline team productivity and caterer communication.
• Report directly to one of our Commercial Sales Managers.

What You Have: 

• 2+ years of outbound sales experience
  
• Outbound sales experience and the ability to communicate the value of the solution you are offering. 
  
• Strong business and industry knowledge & the ability to strategically position our catering growth platform in order to expand our network of high value brands.
  
• A passion to learn and iterate to make improvements that drive better results.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to look to data while making decisions, supporting arguments, and identifying trends.
  
• Uncover problem areas without direction, and rely on creative solutions.
  
• See the forest through the trees (you recognize the big picture in repetitive, focused tasks). Are comfortable collaborating with and presenting to full teams and management.
  
• Self-motivated, “own it and figure it out” mentality.
  

The national cash compensation range for this role is $96,000 - $110,000.
