Job Summary:
Our Personal Lines Account Managers are responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily service on assigned tasks by Client Advisor and/or Account Executives with Acrisure’s written procedures

  • Service accounts, including account transactions such as quote and issue policies, ID cards, proposal endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals, follow-up, and correspondence

  • Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, and company request needs on a timely basis

  • Collect renewal data on assigned accounts

  • Claims support

  • Review new/renewal policies and endorsements to ensure items were received as ordered

  • Maintain accuracy of client data in agency management system

  • Document all activities in agency management system

  • Understand and utilize upload, download, and interface technology

  • Assist other agency departments in securing and/or providing information necessary to issue appropriate policies for mutual clients

  • Keep Client Advisors informed of all important activities on their accounts, including potential problems

  • Stay current with industry trends through educational seminars and classes for skill improvement and license compliance

  • Maintain knowledge of current underwriting requirements of contracted insurance carriers

  • Maintain knowledge of policy provisions and any changes in these provisions

  • Complete other functions and assignments assigned, including back-up duties

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn agency automation systems and other internet programs

  • Proficient in Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong typing skills

  • Effective communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail

  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret policy change requests and communicate clearly with insurance companies

  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing to explain complex issues and respond appropriately

  • Ability to respond to multiple requests effectively and delegate work efficiently

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate and contribute to company goals

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid Property & Casualty License required

  • 1 year Personal Lines Account Manager experience with 2 years of experience as a Support Associate required

  • Minimum 3 years Personal Lines Account Manager experience preferred

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $77,450 - $104,500. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
