Operations Specialist (Technology and Workflows)

Description

 Larson Financial Group, LLC is looking for a tech-savvy, problem-solving Operations Specialist to help optimize operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have a background in and/or exposure to technology, process improvement, operational improvements, and be ready and willing to learn new things! 

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ownership of key software processes, such as DocuSign.
• Help implement and manage workflow automation tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Generate reports for management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Work with a team to conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies.
• Assist in project management and coordination for operational initiatives.
• Provide back-up and participate in cross-training for various roles within the Operations team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while meeting set deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, and a high level of accuracy and accountability.
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with client information

Requirements

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., SMARTSHEET) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and DocuSign.
• Agile certification and/or experience in similar process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in the tech industry or a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in operational management, workflow optimization, or related role.
• Proficiency in workflow automation tools and technologies.
