Job Description
The Oncology Account Specialist will be a part of EVERSANA/ Accord BioPharma's new sales team that is currently launching new product within the prostate cancer therapeutic category. This person will be developing and maintaining strong relationships with targeted health care providers (Urology & Oncology). The Oncology Account Specialists will gather key information related to targeted accounts/customers, will provide product information & clinical data to the customers, as well as deliver impactful core selling messages. The "OAS" will demonstrate a sense of urgency to prepare and successfully execute a new product launch plan for their assigned geography.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Complete assigned product training at an advanced level, developing a comprehensive understanding of general disease state, assigned product features and benefits and core selling messages.
- Develop expertise in delivery of core clinical selling messaging.
- Accountable for Sales Results
- Always create a positive interaction with our targeted customers/accounts and strong relationship building.
- Capable of prioritizing accounts in a large geographic to deliver sales results
- Ensure customer requests are managed with a high degree of customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Provide feedback and recommendation to team leadership on areas for improvement
- Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance and regulatory policies and guidelines.
- All other duties as assigned
EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Travel up to 50% may be required
- Full Time/EXEMPT Position
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University is required
- Experience and/or Training:
- Minimum of 3 years pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or healthcare industry - preferably in specialty pharmaceuticals, is required.
- Current or very recent
