The work:
- Find ways to include human centered design and employee-centric solutions in strategies agencies can use to recruit and develop employees
- Work with clients to understand their workforce and recommend the changing skills their workers will need
- Work alongside HR technologists as a federal HR business process expert to drive technology transformation that is fit-for-federal
- Help clients build agile organizations that will succeed in continuous digital transformation
- Conduct workforce planning using analysis that takes into account disruptive technology and adaptive sourcing strategies
Here's what you need:
- 4 years of Government Human Resource experience
- Human Resource experience in 3 or more of the following areas:
- Payroll
- Staffing and recruitment
- Benefits
- Labor relations
- Employ relations
- Employee training & development
- Responsible for leading teams/projects or workstreams where you were the decision -maker, coach, mentor, developed the team skills and/or managed conflict
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience supporting or using systems such as SAP, Oracle & Workday
- Federal Consulting experience in one of the following areas:
- Workforce Transformation – Workforce Planning, Org Design
- HRaaS – Strategy & Organization, Recruit & Hire, HR Modernization, HR Service Delivery & Compliance
- Human Capital Analytics
- Human resource certifications such as PHR, SHRM, SHRL, CHRP, IPMA-CP etc.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
