Position Overview

Katy Honda is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative (Vietnamese/English) to deliver an exceptional customer purchasing experience and support a diverse customer base throughout the vehicle sales process.

Compensation

This position is commission-based, with earnings driven by individual performance. Compensation may include a base draw and commission structure, with opportunities for additional incentives based on sales results. Pay plans are discussed in detail during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide professional product presentations
Assist customers through the full sales process, including test drives and vehicle delivery
Support Vietnamese- and English-speaking customers effectively
Develop new business and maintain customer relationships
Utilize CRM tools for follow-up and documentation

Qualifications

Fluency in Vietnamese and English required
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
