  • In partnership with our outsourced IT services vendor, evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve business processes and support growth.
  • Plan and execute the transition from outsourced to in-house IT operations, if required, based on research comparing build within vs. maintain outsourced to third-party model.
  • If decided to move within, develop a roadmap for building an internal IT practice, leveraging existing processes and systems established by the third-party provider.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Identify and mitigate IT risks, including cybersecurity threats, as applicable within the corporate technology footprint.

  • Participate in SOC audits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other departments to understand IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate IT performance, issues, and strategies to stakeholders.
