Your role:

 

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated working student to join our German Human Resource Business Partner Team for Life Science.

As a Working Student in Human Resources Business Partnering, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR business partnering. You will work closely with our HR Business Partners in e.g. managing / administering organizational changes, conducting employee relations activities, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and .

 

Who you are:

 

• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• You are close to the Frankfurt-Darmstadt area
• You’re proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and you’re great at juggling multiple tasks
• You have good English and German skills (spoken and written)
• You have strong communication and time management skills
• You’re comfortable with MS Office Suite
