We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist II to join our marketing team.
The CRM Marketing Specialist II will work as part of our larger Digital Marketing team, working on campaigns for all American Collectors Insurance products and brands. They are responsible for managing our company's customer relationship management (CRM) system in HubSpot to improve our customer and broker customer experiences. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will own the technical build and deployment of our MQL rubric and work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement our CRM strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to optimize and streamline our CRM process, develop targeted and personalized campaigns, and maintain data quality to drive value for the customers, brokers and company.
This role can be done hybrid or fully virtual from anywhere in the continental US. Our office is located in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Compensation: $70-80k/yr depending on experience level

Responsibilities
- Customize, configure, and optimize our CRM system to ensure efficient and effective use of customer data, including maintaining data quality, managing CRM integrations, and overseeing seamless data flow between marketing tools, websites, and CRM
- Develop and maintain integrations between the CRM system and other business systems, such as policy administration, billing, and underwriting systems to enhance usability of both CRM and other systems
- Manage feed management between CRM, marketing tools, and websites to ensure accurate and efficient data flow
- Collaborate with marketing team to utilize customer activity and segmentation data to create and implement targeted and personalized customer communication, including automated email campaigns, lead nurturing series, and follow-up communications
- Develop and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities within the CRM system, including cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Monitor and analyze CRM data and campaign performance, pivoting strategy as needed to continue enhancing campaign performance as well as customer/broker experience
- Act as a strategic leader for cross-functional customer initiatives, including product launches, subscriber experience improvements, and the launch of a loyalty program
- Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to develop strategies for optimizing our HubSpot built MQL Rubric, customer segmentation, targeting, and lead generation, leveraging CRM data
- Train employees on the use of the CRM system and ensure that they are using it effectively to support business goals and objectives
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in CRM and identify opportunities for improvement in the team's processes and campaigns
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and work closely with the IT team when necessary to ensure system reliability and performance
- Ensure that the CRM system is secure and that customer data is protected, in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of CRM management experience using HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce, Oracle, etc.
- Independent, strategic thinker with demonstrated experience using critical thinking/analysis skills
