About the role
NURSECORE is looking for experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide high-quality in-home care. We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts, plus sign-on bonus potential!
We've welcomed several new patients requiring 24/7 skilled nursing care, and we're looking for dedicated RNs to cover morning, afternoon, and evening shifts throughout the Valley.
Experience with ventilators, trachs, or G-tubes is a plus, but we also provide training and ongoing support!

- Provide one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of a patient’s home
- Support patients with lifelong conditions, empowering them to live with dignity and comfort
- Monitor complex conditions and intervene proactively
- Depending on the patient, administer medications, IV therapy, and specialized treatments
- Depending on the patient, manage ventilators, tracheostomies, and G-tubes with expert care
- Educate and guide patients and families on managing their health needs
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Depending on the patient, provide wound care management while ensuring safety through infection control and universal precautions
- Perform other nursing duties as required based on the patient’s needs
- Active RN license in Nevada
- At least one year of hands-on clinical experience
- G-tube, ventilator and trach experience? Bonus Points!
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
- Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray (within the last 12 months)
- Successful completion of NurseCore’s background check
