About the Role:
This position will closely support and work collaboratively with the General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, Senior Counsel for IP and Marketing, Corporate Counsel, and other professionals across various business units on a range of legal and administrative duties.
The desire to be part of a close-knit team that is dedicated to excellence is critical. This role requires a self-motivated and versatile individual with high-level administrative and paralegal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is a technologically-fluent "force multiplier" who leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms to drive departmental excellence and scalability.
- Manage the end-to-end CLM process, including intake, workflow automation, approval tracking, execution, and filing
- Ensure all legal records are effectively organized and searchable
- Leverage AI tools to assist with document summarization, initial contract review, and extracting critical data points to accelerate legal team turnaround times
- Assist attorneys with the management and execution of transactional matters. Assist with litigation management, including outside counsel interaction, discovery responses, and deadline tracking
- Review and extract case information and critical deadlines from email and Slack correspondence for database entry
- Run queries to generate and format reports for legal and internal stakeholders
- Conduct internet research and provide administrative support for trademark/patent clearances, filings, and enforcement matters. Maintain the accuracy of IP files and dockets
- Perform administrative duties including processing invoices through e-billing systems, expense reports, calendaring, mailing of notices, complex scheduling, and travel coordination
- Interact with internal clients and outside counsel as a professional representative of the Legal Department. Complete research and special projects as requested
About You:
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a large law firm or corporate legal department
- A bachelor’s degree and/or an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate is required
- Proven experience implementing or managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and AI tools
- Expert-level skills in DocuSign, Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Prior trademark or intellectual property experience is a significant plus, specifically maintaining IP dockets

Our Total Rewards:
The annual base pay for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
