Our specialty are digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviours to make a difference in the market.</p> <p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></p> <p>For our office in Hamburg, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (div/f/m) who will create exciting technological projects with the best design and first-class usability together with our client.</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Independent planning, coordination and implementation of complex e-commerce projects, always keeping an eye on the fulfillment of milestones.</li> <li>Control of relevant key figures and initiation of appropriate measures to ensure that the project scope is realized on time and within budget, including project-specific tender preparation and project controlling.</li> <li>You are a central interface in the communication and clarification of requirements and needs between internal and external stakeholders as well as with our implementing expert teams.</li> <li>When advising and supporting our customers, you will impress them with your confident, proactive and authoritative manner.</li> <li>Use your knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, risk management, controlling and reporting.</li> <li>Technical leadership of an interdisciplinary project team on a day to day basis and maintaining regular, close contact with the project team in different locations.<br/><br/></li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have at least 5+ years of experience in managing complex online or e-commerce projects, ideally also on medium to large accounts in an agency-role or in direct, competent and trustworthy consulting of clients in a corporate environment.</li> <li>You have a good command of the methods and tools commonly used in project management</li> <li>You already have experience in (multi-)project management as well as the classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g. Asana or Jira)</li> <li>You have a convincing and confident manner with a feel for the needs of our demanding customers</li> <li>You are skilled in the creation of cost overviews and offers.</li> <li>Design project plans with milestones and dependencies.</li> <li>Create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients.</li> <li>Work independently, autonomously, in a structured and organized manner, characterized by a high sense of quality and a great sense of responsibility</li> <li>You are a true organizational talent who is used to keeping many balls in the air</li> <li>See yourself as a team player and already have some experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA to achieve the common goal.</li> <li>Fluent in written and spoken German and English.</li> <li><strong>Not sure you meet all qualifications?
