Here's how a Construction Technology Analyst for our US PICCo office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

• Identifies, analyzes, and diagnoses problems with guidance.
• Implements, maintains, and supports technology solutions.
• Communicates issues and changes and escalates when appropriate.
• Works with customers and district system administrators as well as other Business Technology teams to resolve issues.
• Executes project work for specific systems, basic performance analysis and troubleshooting of systems.
• Executes and follows change management procedures, creates and maintains system documentation.
• Performs a variety of technical operations duties and provides weekly progress reports.
• Develops and maintains strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
• Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary degree or diploma in computer technology or a related discipline.
• Industry-recognized certification in networking, development, infrastructure, or cloud preferred. 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
• Ability to think logically and analytically, and constructively express ideas and concepts.
• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team by collaborating to solve problems.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment and with employees at all levels/areas of the organization.
• Ability to present technical material to peers and managers.
• Basic knowledge and skill set to implement, maintain, and support technology solutions.
