Project Management Officer

Within the Global Operations department of the first French industrial unicorn, you will be in charge of project management for our teams in France as well as internationally (Germany, Japan, USA,...).

As a Project Management Officer your missions will be:

• Provide performance & financial outlines of global Deploy activities
• Oversee the development of the improvement roadmap of the activity
• Manage and prioritize Deploy team members ideas of improvement
• Evaluate improvement projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, deliver expected impact, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines
• Support the Deploy Excellence Director by drafting new improvement project and processes
• Manage Deploy Excellence communication to Deploy and the rest of the company

Requirements

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role

You have a good knowledge of process-related standards

You have the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, based on experience, knowledge and analysis

You are adaptable, autonomous and able to deal with the unexpected

You have excellent communication skills as well as natural leadership skills that allow you to lead and motivate international teams to achieve ambitious goals

You have an analytical mind and enjoy finding solutions to complex problems

Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
