About the role

The Administrative Assistant 3 provides full administrative support at a high level of responsibility and of a confidential nature for either Regional Nursing Administration. Responsibilities include: developing and maintaining filing and other complex organizational systems, preparing financial reports, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, coordinating meetings and schedules, maintaining the division's website, ordering supplies and working on special projects.

Required qualifications:

  • Business School. Or
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications, Public Relations. Or Work experience as a high-level administrative/executive assistant.
  • 5 years Administrative or executive level technical and secretarial support work experience.
  • Experience using a personal computer and software including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and publication software in a Windows environment.
  • Experience with Internet/Intranet web site development and Internet/intranet publishing, including share point services.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
