Cloud Infrastructure Product Owner - Flutter Group, Hybrid &amp; Remote<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>Tech Product Owner 1<p></p><p></p><p><b>The Role</b><br/>We are looking for an exceptional Product Owner to deliver game-changing <span>improvements. Your</span> role consists of being the main interaction point between Delivery and Technology. Using lean and agile techniques, you will be responsible for delivering business value, fast. Reporting to the Head of Cloud Infrastructure, you will bridge technical and business worlds as you continually deliver improvements and innovative features across Cloud products.  <br/>You will have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive the product <span>experience. Your</span> exceptional communication skills will be key, adapting to a high paced environment and constant interactions with a diverse group of stakeholders. </p><p>The Product Owner for Cloud Infrastructure will play a critical role in leading the infrastructure team to set up cloud products, develop new tools, and manage a comprehensive backlog of Cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, and Agile methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and DevOps, to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure solutions that meet customer and business needs.</p><p><br/><b>What You'll Be Doing</b></p><ul><li>Partner with the Head of Cloud to define and communicate the product vision and strategy for cloud products and tools.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and technical requirements to shape the product roadmap.</li><li>Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes the setup and development of cloud products and infrastructure tools.</li><li>Manage the backlog of squads, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer demands.</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the roadmap reflects strategic priorities and provides value</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Being accountable for the availability, accuracy and quality of requirements for projects, ensuring the engineering teams can deliver as efficiently as possible; </li><li>Consistently communicating with stakeholders and keeping them informed of the status of requirements development; </li><li>Understanding the dependencies between technology components and how they combine to deliver solutions to the end consumer and to the business; </li><li>Managing cross-team product dependencies; </li><li>Providing mentoring and induction to other product owners; </li><li>Contributing to operational readiness processes for new releases and provides product training to stakeholders; </li><li>Ensuring that all solutions meet company-wide, ‘hygiene' requirements in terms of non-functional performance, security, compliance, social <span>responsibility; </span></li><li>Where appropriate, co-ordinate with 3rd party content and technology providers to ensure timely and quality delivery/integration of external product features as specified. </li><li>Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of cloud and IT infrastructure products.</li><li>Analyse product performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decision-making.</li></ul><p></p><p> <b>What You’ll Bring</b></p><ul><li>Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies (e.g., AWS), IT infrastructure components (e.g., networking, storage, containers) and a willingness to learn.</li><li>Experience with setting up and managing cloud products and developing infrastructure tools.</li><li>Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).</li><li>Deep understanding of cloud concepts such as cost optimization, scalability, reliability, and load balancing.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Romanian &amp; English); </li><li>Experience in defining business requirements is essential; </li><li>Experience in influencing working practice change across analysis and development department; </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; </li><li>Knowledge of techniques for requirements elicitation and specification; </li><li>Ability to relate to both business, design, and technical specialists; </li><li>Superb attention to detail; </li><li>Strong relationship management skills; </li><li>Experience in working across multiple Agile methodologies;</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We'd Like You To Master In</b></p><ul><li>Experience working in a multi-product environment; </li><li>Knowledge of the Sports betting business; </li><li>Experience with integrating 3rd party feed providers; </li><li>Drive for results and an action-oriented approach, pursuing work with energy and drive; </li><li>Customer focus profile
