About the Job

We are seeking a Freelance 3D Senior Designer to join a leading global brand experience agency. You will be reporting into the Global Creative Studio. You will be working alongside Senior Designers, Technology Directors, and Event & Experience team. We work globally and there will be requirements to work with our European and APAC based teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate outstanding 3D visuals that can be brought to life in reality.
• Support pitches with 3D space development and floor plans in experiential and conferences spaces.
• Break the mould of B2B 3D design.
• Work collaboratively with areas of the business.
• Ability to collaborate with both creative and technical production teams to ensure feasibility of design output.
• Bring your own stamp to an ever-growing team.
• Influence all 3D design across all mediums, including live and virtual events.
• Ability to communicate design intent clearly and partake in client and creative pitches.
• Support internal work when required on a project basis.
• Present your ideas in a compelling way to internal audiences.
• Partner with account and production leadership to ensure your ideas deliver on business objectives and are as powerful as they were when pitched.
• Collaborate effectively with the cross-functional team.
• Take ownership of the 3D design product that leaves the office.
• Contribute to building award-winning case studies.
• Protect the agency culture that makes a great place to work.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall 3D design experience preferably at a leading experiential agency.
• Advanced knowledge in Cinema 4D and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge in environmental design.
• Event and scenic/design build drafting (floor plans and explainer drafting).
• Experience in Sketch-Up.
• Experience in Vectorworks.
• Understanding of gaming 3D rendering techniques would be an advantage (Unreal Engine for render speed and flythroughs).
• Knowledge of scenic rental and fabrication techniques.
• Knowledge of event décor and furniture rental vendors.
