Full Stack Engineer III- AI/ML

POSITION SUMMARY: The Full Stack Engineer III serves as a lead technical resource for AI- driven projects, participating in all phases of the development life cycle. This role analyzes complex business logic and technical challenges to shape and deliver the Company's AI-powered future. The Full Stack Engineer III designs, develops, and optimizes AI applications, leveraging expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. Additionally, they create and enforce software development standards and best practices for AI and web development.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads the development of next generation AI-powered applications and services.
- Analyzes, configures, and tunes digital applications.
- Builds applications utilizing ML/AI frameworks and cloud-based technologies.
- Designs component solutions that minimize maintenance and increase speed to market.
- Leverages new technologies to develop and solve problems to achieve business outcomes.
- Collaborates with data scientists, stakeholders and technical leadership to implement and deploy AI-powered solutions.
- Provides solutions throughout IT organization to deliver on business objectives and initiatives.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers to uphold standards and best practices.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with agile scrum software development methodologies.
- Experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle: design, functional and technical requirements, coding, debugging, testing, release, and operational support.
- Solid knowledge of AWS cloud technologies and RESTful APIs
- Lead team using the following technologies such as:
- Python, JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js, Java, Bootstrap or Material Design, CSS, HTML, SASS, Node
- Experience with AI or machine learning tools and patterns is a strong plus
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5 years’ experience in software development, information systems, or equivalent technical environment, including experience in development of highly transactional, mission critical applications in environments/architectures for multi-user systems.

Pay Range: $ 106,640.00- $159,960.00
