The Impact You’ll Make

• • • Improve tool availability and eliminate repeat failures on tool downs
    • Improve big upgrade completion, documentation and lessons.
    • Directly be responsible for ensuring lab learning’s are reflected in GPS documentation and first of a kind field upgrades.
    • Be responsible for creating of new best practices for leak checks, set up procedures, fast PM’s etc.
    • Serve as a bridge to have rotating field and GPS/RPS Engineers into the group for special projects/training

What You’ll Do

• • • Provide input on: C&F concepts/ Design reviews /  FA resolution / Program costing
    • Provide direct guidance and experienced input to engineering team during design phase, lab testing and implementation at customer sites including expediting unreleased material for critical needs and escalations.
    • Provide direct GPS support utilizing extensive troubleshooting capability, and knowledge as required in the PG and at customer sites.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 - 10 years of related experience and 5+ years in mgmt. An advanced degree preferred.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
